Well, it's been another long time since I've posted... anything. At least I'm consistent with that. I've spent most of the semester working with Sherrie Sinclair, Director of Traditional Animator at AAU, fine tuning my story, nailing down character designs, and drawing layouts. I'm finally at point now where I can start animating my short. Below is a test animation of one of the characters in my story. A basic walkcyle with a little bit of personality. I used a new animation program called TV Paint. Thanks to David Nethery for introducing me to the program and to Powermates. So far, I've really like using it. The line quality is great and its exactly what I've been lookng for in an animation program. I'm looking forward to posting more animation as soon I can.
